About

Just a stone’s throw away from Rembrandtplein are eighteen high-end turn-key apartments and a commercial space. The apartments are spread across three buildings, one of which is a national monument, and the other two are new builds designed in the style of architect Hofman Dujardin, as part of the flagship project ‘The Artesia’. These beautiful apartments are part of our housing portfolio City Chapters.

All residences have views of the shared triple garden, which was designed by internationally renowned garden architect Piet Oudolf. Reguliersdwarsstraat, built during Amsterdam’s expansion in 1586, lies at the heart of historical development. Adjacent to the Herengracht, the area known as the ‘Golden Bend’ boasts some of the city’s most luxurious homes. Originally, coach houses along Reguliersdwarsstraat were connected to these grand canal houses via gardens. By the late 19th century, the coach houses gave way to car garages, and the street saw the emergence of small shops and cafés. Since the 1970s, Reguliersdwarsstraat has become increasingly known for its vibrant restaurant scene.
